Closet Therapy had no clear brand system and a website that wasn’t supporting the business.
Despite Shaniece’s expertise as a closet organiser, scientist and declutter coach, her brand didn’t reflect the depth of her work. The website felt confusing, wasn’t capturing leads, and didn’t guide visitors toward her offers. At the same time, she was preparing to launch a new newsletter community (The Social Brunch Club) which needed its own distinct energy without feeling disconnected.
The focus was on creating a structured brand ecosystem that could support growth, education and lead generation.
I developed a clear umbrella brand for Closet Therapy, alongside a separate but connected brand world for the Social Brunch Club (a retro-inspired space designed to feel inviting, and community-led.) Each brand had its own visual language while still working together cohesively.
From there, I designed and built a Showit website structured around conversion: clear messaging, strategic page flow, embedded lead-capture quizzes, newsletter sign-ups and space for future course sales. Every element was designed to reduce friction and help the website actively grow the business.
Closet Therapy now has a brand and website that reflect the depth of Shaniece’s work and support her long-term goals.
The new system makes it easy to capture leads, nurture community and sell future offers without relying on constant manual outreach. The website now acts as a central hub, guiding visitors, growing her email list and doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes as the business scales.
